The Financial Services Department provides insurance protection for life, health, long-term care, and disability insurance. Servicing both individuals and businesses, we work with our clients to assist them in meeting their financial needs through various investment products and services available through our independent broker dealer, Tower Square Securities, Inc.

Staff:  

• The Financial Services Department is managed under the professional leadership of Andre Hoeschel.  A fifteen-year veteran of the insurance world, Mr. Hoeschel began his career after graduating from the University of Delaware in 1985.  A six-time qualifier of the "National Leaders Club," Mr. Hoeschel is a frequent and respected voice in the weekly "Ask the Experts" column of the Wilmington News Journal.  He has earned his "Charter Financial Consultants" designation from The American College. In 2006 Andre was awarded a professional degree in the field of Long-Term Care, Certified Long-Term Care (CLTC).
• Dina Hughes and Nancy Short are both Financial Service Assistants to further assist our clients.
