Jonathan began his insurance career with the Travelers Insurance Company as a Property Claim Adjuster in 2010. Working directly with homeowners during the claims process, Jonathan learned how the promise of insurance becomes real. He has extensive knowledge of insurance policy language, coverage determination, and estimating and adjusting guidelines. Jonathan also worked with homeowners all over the country after natural disasters struck (Alabama tornadoes 2011, Hurricane Irene 2011, Texas Hail Storm 2012, Hurricane Sandy 2012). The most important thing that Jonathan learned from his time as a Property Claim Adjuster was the human element of insurance; making sure that the customer was always treated with exceptional professionalism and personal respect. These elements have made Jonathan a vital addition to Poland & Sullivan. He joined our team in 2013. Jonathan is licensed across all lines of insurance (personal, commercial, life, health). Jonathan is a Delaware native and currently resides in Wilmington. He attended Archmere Academy for high school and Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. Jonathan was a four year member of the football team at Franklin & Marshall.
