Did not get a policy simply because our situation requires going direct, however, Jonathan took his own time to educate me on my options for a complex situation knowing I wouldn't buy a policy at this time and that is integrity! Really appreciated that and will re-visit once our insurance needs change.

We have been with them for many years; we have coverage for car insurance, and they have always stood by us in whatever comes up needing their help. Agent, Missy Simpson has been efficient, caring, and very helpful every time she is called upon. It is such a comfort knowing we can trust them in days where this kind of service is rare especially for seniors. Thank you, Poland and Sullivan!

We had such a positive experience working with Poland & Sullivan for our insurance needs during our homebuying process. We spoke with Jon, who was kind and professional and so helpful for us as first time buyers. Jon helped us find the perfect policy that suited our needs and even helped us to bundle our home and auto to save us even more money.
We also got to work with Missy who was so easy to work with and helped us get both of our policies set up and make sure that nothing got missed. Both of these individuals provided us with top tier service like we were long time customers instead of first time buyers. I’m so thankful we got the opportunity to work with them!
